![]() You'll be happy talking in technical terms and have the curiosity to take a keen interest in how things work, and how they could be improved. ![]() Whether it’s debugging access rules, identifying browser compatibility issues, which file type is correct, or how to make best use of our various tools like JIRA, Slack, Coda and the Google Suite. You'll be hands-on, able to balance longer-term plans as well as support the team with technical challenges and questions. You'll partner with design and development teams to continually review and improve the experience for the public community and Open Mic - an internal community for our 3000 customer service partners spread globally. You will lead the configuration and administration of the Khoros community platform, driving the roadmap for the features, functions and structure of the community experience. We need someone to own the platform this all sits on, Khoros, and its relationship to other Customer Service and Spotify applications. ![]() The Spotify Community has millions of monthly visitors who look for help, share ideas for the app and chat about their playlists, music and podcasts. ![]()
